I was fortunate enough to be here at the 1995 International AA Convention. The closing prayer here at the stadium was very powerful. We are not alone.
I am always adding more sober stuff, so please come back soon. And email me in the meantime.
Or, read on for The Steps
Thanks,

Dare I bring up the Steps?
The 12&12, Step Two:
"Came to believe that a Power greater than ourselves, could restore us to sanity."
On page 30:
"We saw that we had to reconsider or die."
I was an Agnostic, when I came to the program. For me, I had to suspend my judgement. And for once, have faith, that AA would work to keep me sober. Providing I "placed humilty first". That wasn't easy for me, so I just kept coming back. At first, it was the meetings of Alcoholics Anonymous. I was willing to concede, that the folks in the rooms of AA knew more about sobriety, than I. Then I began to see the power of Love, as my higher power. Little by little, I found a Power greater than myself. It was no burning bush, but rather crept into my life over time.
